From a dream to sweet magic.

During the pandemic, I found myself stranded, unable to return home. Flights were canceled, uncertainty was everywhere. But instead of waiting, I chose to create.rnrnMy love for chocolate wasn’t new. Ever since I was young, at least once a month, I’d melt chocolate at home and dip strawberries and bananas into it, just because I craved it. What started as a simple childhood joy turned into something much bigger.

At first, I experimented in a tiny kitchen, dipping strawberries in chocolate, testing endless recipes. When I finally returned to Belgium, where I was born and raised, I took a leap of faith and opened my first store. While the world was standing still, businesses shutting down, I was building something new. There were moments of doubt, times when I questioned if I was making the right choice. But every challenge pushed me to go further.

I started with chocolate-covered strawberries and sweet creations, but I wanted to do more. In April 2024, I became the first in Europe to produce the Dubai-inspired pistachio chocolate bar. Soon after, another idea was born, one that blended cultures and flavors. I combined Belgian chocolate with Turkish pişmaniye and named it Angel Hair™. Then I created the Angel Hair™ brand.rnrnFrom Europe to Asia, the Middle East to America… Angel Hair™ and our signature creations are now in high demand worldwide. People who try it all say the same thing: they’ve never tasted anything like it before.

But this isn’t just about chocolate. It’s about passion, creativity, and pushing boundaries. It’s about bringing people together through something as simple yet magical as chocolate. Angel Hair™ has become more than a chocolate bar, it’s a symbol of creativity, culture, and connection.
