Your Role
As a Sales Assistant in our dessert boutique, you are the face of Chocotale at the counter. You make every customer feel welcome and turn each visit into a moment to remember.
- Welcome customers and create an inviting atmosphere in the boutique
- Advise customers on our bars, desserts and seasonal creations, and guide their choice
- Answer questions with professionalism and warmth
- Process payments and close every purchase with care
- Prepare selected treats, desserts and drinks to our quality standards
- Label, package and present products in a way that honours the Chocotale brand
- Track stock and keep the boutique tidy, fresh and inviting
- Embody the Chocotale spirit in every gesture
Who You Are
Social, talkative and genuinely interested in people. You communicate with ease, anticipate what the customer needs and stay calm when the shop gets busy.
- Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus, but not a requirement. We teach you the rest
- Customer-focused, reliable and confidently assertive
- Empathetic listening, clear communication, gentle powers of persuasion
- An eye for detail in presentation and cleanliness
- Fluent Dutch and English, French is a welcome bonus
- A team player with a warm and professional attitude
